The purpose of the Conference is to provide, with the active participation of young scientists, the qualified discussion and coordination of investigations into functional nanomaterials and high-purity substances, exchange of scientific and technical information on fundamentals for the development of functional nanomaterials, in particular, metallic, ceramic, polymer, and composite, on their properties, technological fundamentals of the development of functional nanomaterials, on problems of analysis and certification of functional materials, and their application as well. Special attention will be paid to the purity of initial components and retention of the high purity for materials produced that is considered to be one of approaches in designing functional nanomaterials.

Russian and English are the official languages of the Conference.
